Oregon Beer Awards
Often described as “the Grammy’s of Oregon Beer”, Oregon Beer Awards allows brewers in a notoriously beer-obessed region to judge, celebrate, and drink good beer together. In an effort to refresh our 2018-2019 branding, I designed our logo to work smarter in three ways: 1.) to feel more consistent in the WWeek Events branding suite; 2.) to look modern and enhance readability; 3.) to improve scalability and ease of use, I translated the logo system from photoshop to vector based. For our ad campaign, I used a simple tag line, simple craft beer imagery, and iconography that was present in the logo for a simple, elegant feel. The result was a more polished look, with logos and a system that can more easily be applied to future campaigns.
